  1. SMT patch quality assurance:

(1)    when the raw material incoming, through inspection, after it can enter the company's warehouse; 

(2)    Before the on-board line , through inspection after can go on line;

(3)    when the circuit board assembly line,through close examination, after pass can be into the warehouse; the SMT inspection at least has four inspection procedures.

2.Plastic quality assurance:

(1)    The plastic raw materials incoming, through inspection, after it can enter the company's warehouse;

(2)    Before injection molding process, quality personnel will repeat testing the quality of the material then can be injection molding;

(3) In the injection molding process, quality personnel will conduct sampling, always pay attention to product quality problems;

      (4) In the early, medium and late period of oil injection, silk-screen, laser prophase, have the professional personnel detect the quality to ensure 100% quality clearance.

3 production line quality assurance:

(1)    Through the strict quality inspection in the early period, passed all materials , will be issued in the form of a batch to the production line .

(2)    Before production will do the equipment test, ensure all materials passed then can be mass production; 

(3) Every several steps set the examiner test process for the completeness and correctness. 

(4) In the production process, inspectors from time to time to check.

(5)After finish the production, all the units do the aging test and inspection.

At present, Zhihang has imported the full TS16949 quality management system, from development, production, warehouse to shipment, every detail will be strictly controled, to ensure the stability of the product quality, integrity, security and qualified rate of 100%.
