Each product to market, it have been professional, scientific, process monitoring, to ensure that each product put on the market are high-end products. However, due to the vehicle electronic products and cars use the complexity of the environment, as well as installation, improper operation and other problems in the process of car owner’s use, because of these factors, we offer some common troubleshooting and resolution here:
1.DVD image display properly, but no sounds come out from speakers
Check the speaker is damaged or not, the main speaker wiring is short-circuit or not, the host is muted or not, if it connect to he External amplifier, please check that whether it have the normal power supply.
Check the GPS receiver antenna head and DVD host connection is normal or not, the car recently posted explosion-proof membrane (explosion-proof membrane caused by signal attenuation affects the positioning), check the antenna lead is broken or not.
Check the car audio power supply insurance is normal or not, check the host power supply insurance is normal or not, whether it supply enough power, check the host power cable whether loose.
The DVD Lenz have dust, please clean the DVD Lenz; if the DVD Lenz damaged, please replace it.���ț>
Check the GPS map card connecting is ok or not, it is recommended to pull out the SD map card after turn off the unit, then insert it to the unit and recheck it again.
Enter the Audio setting to check the four-door speaker audio settings are consistent or not.
Check the feature setting, the reversing function is set to "on" state or not.
9.You can control the unit by the buttons, but you cannot control the unit by the touch screen.
Press the reset button, reset the system, check the operation return to normal or not, if it does not, please contact the sales engineers or local service station.
