On December 1, 2010, we held the TS16949 import training ,which marked the TS16949 system construction of Zhihang company has taken the first step!TS16949 is automotive parts suppliers to implement the requirements of ISO9001, it is the Global Auto Force IATF and Japan Manufacturers Association JAMA, constituted under the support of the TC176 Technical Committee, , through ISO Organization publish ,applies to the entire automotive industry. TS16949 management system is a stepping stone to enter the global automotive kingdom, it is the common language of the global automotive industry and the accumulation of years of experience in operation of the industry.

In line with the rapid pace of Zhihang company’s development, the company's leadership decided to use the TS16949 management system to regulate the operation of the internal. Our system will be divided into three steps:

First, A system establish stage : the stage of the mission is to build our company's management system platform.

Second, System regulating operational stage: Require all procedures required by system operation, process standardization of operational documentation, and related personnel form the habit of the Rules.

Third, Performance improvement stage : Constantly monitor the performance of all processes running, improving operating processes and improve process efficiency.
